Exchange Policy 

We offer exchanges strictly in cases of size misfit. To help avoid sizing concerns, we strongly encourage you to check our detailed size guide before placing your order.

If your product doesn’t fit you or you’re not completely happy with it, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery for a different size or a store credit.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months and cannot be extended once expired.

  • Each order is eligible for store credit only twice and size exchange only once.

  • Monetary refunds are not provided.


Exchange Charges

  • All size exchanges are chargeable at ₹199, which must be paid before the exchange product is shipped.

  • This fee covers reverse pickup and re-shipping costs.


Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include a valid proof of purchase

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

  • We do offer return pickups. Once your exchange request is approved, our courier partner will attempt to collect the item from your address.

  • If pickup is not serviceable by our courier partner, you will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.


Important timelines:

  • Once the exchanged item is received and approved at our warehouse, the replacement will be shipped within 7–10 days.

  • The entire exchange process may take up to 20 days, depending on courier partner timelines and transit speed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please share a clear image or unboxing video within 24–48 hours of delivery for review.

  • Once approved, an exchange or store credit will be provided.

  • In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
